Our partner Institutions will ensure that the student fulfills the entry requirements of the institution in order to obtain an Offer Letter*. Students must fully understand the terms of payment of the institution and the immigration procedures of Malaysia.
*The offer of placement is subjected to the verification of certified true copies provided:
1) Academic certificates
2) English Proficiency (ie TOEFL/IELTS)
3) Valid passport
4) Application Form
Students must pay a Processing Fee of **RM1000 (approximately USD$300 with complete application.

Before coming to Malaysia, all international students must have minimum a semester/year tuition fee as pre-registration down payment and send the money to the institution before their arrival to Malaysia.
To expedite the proof of payment made/sent, it is very important that students must email the bank-in slips or photocopy of the bank draft together with details of student's name, nationality, passport number, contact telephone and fax numbers, email address and programme offered by the institution to the relevent departments' email addresses or fax numbers. |

The International Student Department of the Institution will submit the required documents to the Immigration Department of Malaysia
*The International Student Department would require the followings:
1)**RM1000 (approximately USD$300)
2) Offer Letter from the University
3) Academic Certificates
4) Photocopy passport (all pages)
5) Four Passport-sized coloured Photographs
6) Health Examination Report (please click here for details) |
ISU submits application to the immigration Department of Malaysia. Processing requires approximately 1 month |

The institution will courier the Approval Letter to the successful student. |
Once approved. ISU sends the approval letter to the student/student's agent |

The institution will inform the successful student to submit their travel itinerary at least 7 days before arrival at the institution. Every student is required to complete the Health Examination Report Form prior to their arrival.

The Instituion will collect the successful student's passport for Immigration's endorsement and a duplicate copy of the passport will be certified. This will be given to the student with an Official Letter and the student pass and/or visa processing. |

The institution will submit the student's original passport to the Immigration Department for endorsement. The processing will take approximately one month. |

The institution will collect the passport from the Immigration Department and the student will then be informed to collect his/her passport from the International Student Unit of the institution. |
Original passport is submitted for endorsement by the Immigration Department. Processing requires approximately 1 month |
